What is my iLok User ID?

Your iLok user ID is the name you register with at ilok.com. It is not the serial no. of your USB iLok dongle and we do not need your ilok.com password of course.

Where do I find my Order No.?

You can find your order no. in the confirmation e-mail from the bx_shop.
